Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods such as new collection launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you informed.


Studio Collection

Prefer to collect in person? We offer studio collection for online orders at our Woodstock studio. Once your order is ready, we will be in touch via email to arrange a suitable time.

Studio collection is available Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Domestic Shipping

We ship locally via Courier Guy.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of R100 and is delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard shipping at the same timeframe.

Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays. All shipments require signature authorisation upon delivery.


International Shipping

We ship internationally via FedEx Express. International orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, though times may vary depending on your destination and local customs processes.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival. Pina Jewels is not liable for any additional customs or duties fees. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are final.


Packaging

Every Pina order is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely. While we take every precaution on our end, please note that we are unable to take responsibility for damage that occurs during transit.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pinajewel.com.
