Where do you ship to? We ship both locally within South Africa and internationally to most destinations worldwide via FedEx.

How long does delivery take? Within South Africa, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Orders over R1000 qualify for free standard shipping at the same timeframe. International orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days, though times may vary depending on your destination.

Are there any additional costs for international orders? Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Pina Jewels is not liable for any additional customs or duties fees upon arrival. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

What is your return policy? We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, returns and exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.

How do I start a return or exchange? Simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page to submit your request. Once approved, ship your item back to us at our Cape Town studio. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What materials do you use? Our pieces are crafted in brass or 925 sterling silver, with finishes including 18K gold plating and rhodium plating. We also work with enamel, cubic zirconia, and other carefully selected materials depending on the collection.

How do I care for my Pina pieces?

Sterling Silver and Gold Plated pieces: Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive materials or ultrasonic cleaners. Store in a dry, soft-lined pouch or your Pina packaging case.

Brass pieces: Avoid wearing in water, saunas, or steam rooms. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in a dry, soft-lined pouch or your Pina packaging case. Please note that Pina Jewels is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

Do you offer a warranty? Yes. All pieces are covered by a six month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@pinajewel.com with your name, order number or receipt, and a photo of the piece. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for repair or replacement. A delivery fee will apply, and costs beyond the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure payment provider. We also offer Payflex, a buy now pay later option that lets you split your purchase into four interest-free payments. No hidden fees, no surprises.

What sizes do your rings come in? Our rings are currently available in three sizes: K (Small), N (Medium), and P (Large). To find your size, wrap a piece of string or thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length against a ruler.

If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Keep in mind that fingers can swell slightly in warmer weather or later in the day, so measuring in the evening tends to give the most accurate result.
