Returns & Exchanges
Every Pina piece leaves our studio with care. If something isn't right, we want to know.
What We Accept
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be unworn and in their original Pina Jewels packaging. Once approved, we ask that your piece reaches us within 7 days.
If something comes up, just get in touch. We are always willing to work with you.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
International Orders
We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on orders placed within South Africa. If you are an international customer and have a concern about your order, please reach out to us at hello@pinajewel.com and we will do our best to assist.
Sale Pieces
All sale and sample sale pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any questions about a piece before you buy, we are happy to help before you commit.
Damaged or Incorrect Pieces
Every order is inspected before it leaves us. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@pinajewel.com. Include clear photos and a brief description and we will resolve it promptly.
How It Works
1. Reach out first
Email us at hello@pinajewel.com or submit your request through our Returns & Exchanges portal. Please do not send anything back to us without prior authorisation as we will be unable to process it.
2. Send your piece back
Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend sending via Courier Guy or Aramex. Please pack your piece with care to ensure it arrives safely and send to:

Prefer to come to us? You are welcome to drop your piece off at our Woodstock studio in person. Simply email us at hello@pinajewel.com beforehand to arrange a suitable time.
3. Leave the rest to us
Once your piece arrives and has been inspected, we will confirm your refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you are yet to receive it, please contact us at hello@pinajewel.com and we will look into it right away.
