SILVER & GOLD

All of Pina's silver jewellery are made of 925 Sterling Silver.

All of Pina's gold jewellery is double plated in 18K Gold onto a 925 Sterling Silver base.

RESIN

All of Pina's charms are made from resin. 

Please note, all of Pina's charms are handmade and therefore may differ slightly in colour and shape.

Shipping & Returns

We offer local shipping through Aramex at a flat rate of R100,00, ensuring fast and efficient delivery within your region.

For international orders, we partner with DHL, a trusted global shipping provider. Shipping rates for international shipments are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your items, providing you with accurate and competitive pricing.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. All jewellery items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging intact.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return and keeping the shipping receipt as proof of return.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  5. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 - 14 business days.
  6. Please note that shipping costs, including any international customs duties or taxes, are non-refundable.
  7. In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Getting ready to put your Pina on?

Remember to put your jewellery on last to avoid direct contact with perfume, hair sprays, body lotions or any other chemicals.

Wanting to take a dip? Or unwind after a long day? Make sure to remove jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming.

CLEANING HOOPS

All jewellery will naturally discolour over time a - simple buffer with a micro fibre cloth will do the trick.

For extra protection and care or when traveling make sure to keep your jewellery in the airtight bag provided. This will ensure the longevity of our products.

RESIN

If you need to clean the resin or give it a light polish, a damp microfiber cloth can clean the resin without damaging it.
